Aesthetic Injection

Hyaluronic acid is one of the options to fight against aging and can be used to reshape the volumes of a face.

Hyaluronic acid is present in various body tissues, including the skin. This molecule makes it possible to capture water to ensure perfect hydration of the skin. Its use in aesthetic medicine makes it possible to rehydrate, firm and redraw the contours of the face by an in-depth action.

Quick to perform, hyaluronic acid injections are adapted to the person's physiognomy and the areas treated. Hyaluronic acid is chosen according to its concentration and its density. It is infiltrated into the skin using micro-cannulas which gradually mix with the hyaluronic acid naturally present in the dermis to reinforce its action.

Hyaluronic acid has an immediate action and lasts between 6 and 18 months. Absorbable, this gel has the advantage of not freezing the face for a natural expression and avoids the specter of a permanent accident.

Hyaluronic acid is a recommendable alternative to prevent premature aging of the skin and restore radiance to your face without excessive stress.

Injection Esthétique

Face Lift With Absorbable Tensor Threads

The absorbable tensor threads tighten the skin and give a lifting effect but also stimulate the production of collagen. It is therefore a mix of tensor and hydration effects.

The doctor inserts the threads under the skin at the level of the cheek one by one using a cannula (1 single injection point). The idea is to pass in one direction then the other in order to create a mesh that will support and pull the skin.

This technique is performed in the office in 45 minutes. No incision is made. The wires hold thanks to their notches. Once posed, the doctor performs a slight compression of the tissues with the hand in order to reshape and obtain the desired tension effect. It is around the threads that the production of collagen and elastin is stimulated.

The skin reacts to the introduction of these foreign bodies by creating a local inflammation which, by healing, will create this tension effect.

Rejuvenation Of The Female Intimate Zone

Today, aesthetic medicine allows us to restore the aesthetics of your vagina and vulva.
The rejuvenation of a woman's intimate areas can be obtained by injecting cross-linked hyaluronic acid into the mucous membrane or into the skin.   This approach is recommended for women who suffer from vaginal and vulvar dryness and relaxation.

What symptoms suggest hyaluronic acid injections into the female genital area are recommended?

  •   Dryness, vaginal discomfort.

  •   Irritations and chronic burning sensation.

  •   Repeated urinary tract infections.

  •   Loss of volume (atrophy) of the labia majora.

  •   Sagging skin in the labia majora.

  •   G-spot improvement.

What results can we achieve?

  •   Hydration and biostimulation of the vaginal/vulvar area.

  •   Relief for irritated areas.

  •   Improvement in the tissue quality of the genital mucous membranes.

  •   Reinforcement of the protective functions of the labia majora.

  •   Improved aesthetics (like fuller labia majora and tighter skin).

  •   Correction of painful scars (such as postpartum and post-operative scars).

  •   Increased libido and sexual pleasure.

  •   Increased self-esteem and love life.

Hyaluronic acid offers natural and aesthetic results for this delicate part of the female body.
The labia majora are fuller and more fleshy, and the mucous membranes are rehydrated.   The final results are obtained in just a few days and last between 12 and 18 months.
Depending on the patient's goal, results can be maintained with small “top-up” doses every 6 to 8 months to maintain the volume provided by hyaluronic acid
Number of sessions: 1 Session
Duration of the session: 1 hour

Good to know

  •  Before treatment:  it is best not to shave the jersey 48 hours before the treatment so as not to irritate the skin during the injections.   In order to increase your comfort during the treatment, your doctor may recommend local anesthesia.

Dark Circles Treatment

What are dark circles under the eyes?

Dark circles are dark brown or black pigmentation around the eyes formed due to the accumulation of melanin.   Also known as periorbital dark circles or periorbital hyperpigmentation, dark circles appear more prominently in fair-skinned people because the underlying veins around the eye area give a blue tint reddish.

What are the causes of dark circles under the eyes?

The chances of developing dark circles depend on your genetic predisposition and skin tone.   As we age, the elasticity of the skin weakens as we begin to lose collagen, and the area under the eyes begins to become thin and translucent.   Darkening of the skin around the eye area can be due to various causes, such as fluid buildup under the eyes, increased vascularity of the skin under the eyes, or dimples Constitutions before their eyes.   Venous congestion or accumulation of fluid due to the following causes makes dark circles visible -

  •   Fatigue and lack of sleep

  •   Certain allergies to eye cosmetics

  •   Aging process causing sagging skin

  •   Atopic dermatitis

  •   Genetics

  •   Pigment irregularities

  •   Excessive sun exposure

  •   Eye rubbing habit

  •   Dehydration

  •   Certain medications

  •   Anemia, iron and vitamin B12 deficiency

  •   Excessive vascularization of the skin around the eyes

  •   Tear (under the hollows of the eyes)

How to get rid of dark circles under the eyes?

Here are some of the best dark circles treatment methods, which can help you deal with this condition:

Dark circle laser treatment:At Dr. Pak Aesthetic and Laser Medical Center, we use laser technology to treat superficial and deep pigment around the eyes.   It reduces any darkness under the eyes and even helps fade fine lines and wrinkles to some extent.   Lasers can remove dark circles under the eyes as well as other skin conditions.   The level of discomfort associated with the treatment is minimal, as is the recovery time.   In fact, most patients undergoing laser therapy can return to their normal daily routine immediately, with perhaps only a few restrictions.   One of the most important things laser treatments can do when used for skin conditions, including removing dark circles, is stimulating the production of extra collagen in the layers lower skin.   Collagen is a protein that helps hold tissues together and gives them the appearance of fullness.   The body produces it naturally, but the level at which it is produced decreases dramatically with age.   Restoring the collagen level to something similar to what it was during the years before the level started to decline will also restore the appearance to something closer to what it was. she was during those years also.   When laser treatments are used to stimulate collagen production, the technology behind these lasers allows energy to be absorbed by the lower layers without destroying the upper layers.   When laser energy is absorbed by skin tissue, it is converted into heat.   Heat is what drives the body to produce more collagen.   Since collagen can help restore fullness, it helps get rid of dark circles under the eyes by reducing the impact of blood vessels under the skin on appearance.
The sessions required greatly depend on the severity of the problem to be solved, the type of treatment chosen and other such factors.   However, on average, the aesthetic doctor advises 3-4 sessions with an interval of 4 weeks.   Each session usually lasts about 30 minutes.   You can resume your routine after the sessions.   The doctor of DR PAK medical center advises you to use a good quality sunscreen of more than 30SPF in order to maintain the results of the treatment.

Chemical peel for dark circles:Many chemical peels can reduce the darkness of the skin under the eyes provided there is superficial pigmentation.   Doctors use glycolic acid, trichloroacetic acid and lactic acid in appropriate amounts to treat infra orbital and peri orbital dark circles.

Fillers for the dark circle under the eyes:our Aesthetic Doctor performs an advanced treatment using hyaluronic acid fillers to fill in the hollows or tears under the eyes.   It helps to reduce the shadow effect and eliminate the tired appearance.

Treatment Of Moles,
Warts And Corns With Fractional CO2 Laser

WARTS REMOVAL AND TREATMENT

WHAT ARE WARTS?

Warts are skin tumors, usually benign, which appear as a superficial thickening of the skin in a rounded shape.   They often have a rough surface and a different color than the surrounding healthy skin.

WHAT CAUSES WARTS?

They are caused by a skin infection with viruses belonging to the papillomavirus family (Human Papillomavirus HPV).   They present a marked tropism on the cutaneous and mucous epithelium.   The infection is very common and its transmission depends on several factors, such as the location of the wound, the amount of virus present, the type and nature of the contact and the immunological status of the people exposed .
Contagion occurs through direct contact with existing warts on healthy skin or recently released viruses that are still active under certain favorable conditions of temperature and humidity.
In general, palmar and plantar warts usually do not have a high contagion rate, but genital warts are highly contagious.   Warts can spread to other parts of the patient's body through simple direct contact.

WARTS REMOVAL AND TREATMENT

Warts must be treated not only because of the aesthetic problem posed, but also because they can cause great discomfort, such as palmar and plantar warts that grow into the skin and generate pressure when walking or holding objects, causing the patient to develop harmful support.  methods for the musculoskeletal system.   Some types of HPV can have carcinogenic potential and therefore it is important to diagnose the type of wart and treat it effectively.

For the removal of the wart, Dr. pak center medical selects the fractional CO2 laser as the first choice tool, a device that emits high-energy laser light that produces coagulation of blood vessels and necrosis of the wart, without damaging the surrounding tissues   and optimize the recovery of the treated area, while reducing the risk of bleeding and infection.

Treatment of corns and calluses

The health and nourishment of our skin does not only concern the face, but also other parts of the body.   Especially the feet, we use them more than any other part and the skin of the feet is therefore regularly subjected to harsh conditions and extreme external pressures.   This can affect the health of the skin of the feet and cause corns and calluses leading to discomfort.   Anxiety and pain can develop easily, making treatment of calluses and corns on the feet imperative.

What are corns and calluses?

Repetitive rubbing and pressure on a specific area of skin causes thick, hardened layers called corns and calluses to form.   As the skin tries to protect itself due to repeated friction forming hardened skin.   Corns on the feet are the most common type of hardened skin.   Calluses and corns can also form on the hands and fingers due to repetitive activity.   They are usually painless but can become painful if not treated quickly.

Risk factors associated with corns and calluses

If corns are not treated in time, they can easily evolve into a hard-to-treat "dry corn".   It is recommended to treat any corns you notice on your skin as soon as possible

  • Diabetic patients should ensure that immediate assistance is available for corns and calluses to avoid complications

  • For people who suffer from a disease or condition that impedes blood flow to the feet, immediate consultation with an expert cosmetic dermatologist for the removal of corns or calluses is advised.

  • Bunions and hammertoes increase the risk of corns and calluses

  • Foot deformities due to innate conditions or an accident can create pressure on the skin and harden and thicken it.   (ex: fracture callus)

Wearing inappropriate clothing is a risk factor for corns and calluses

How to get rid of corns and calluses?
Laser removal of dry and old corns
Corn on foot can be treated using laser therapy or laser removal.   A special type of laser is used for corn removal by a dermatologist.   The procedure involves disinfecting the affected area and administering local anesthesia using a fine needle.   The use of anesthesia avoids feeling any discomfort during the process of removing corns and makes the treatment painless.   The laser handpiece is carefully passed around the horn on the feet, to loosen it and remove it completely.   Some bleeding may occur, but this naturally stops within minutes.
